The finished price for the Riser Project being submitted to homeowners is $29.5 million dollars.

Replacement of pipes on floors 43 and 44 have been restored to the Project, along with work originally planned for First and Second Floors as well as the Basement sewage pipes.
Much of this was dictated by concerns over connections to, and feeding new pipes in the 50 year old system above the 42nd Floor.

The Brooks Tower board is expecting to have the final vote of the homeowners by the end of August.  Two town hall meetings will take place early in the month to provide additional information to the community.  In the meantime, the board is exploring financing options with a variety of terms so that they are ready for the board to review during the months preceding the start of the project in early 2019.
