Our program is simple:
You set up an appointment to see the unit with our office directly or contact the listing broker.
* Key access is our office located at the base of Brooks Tower, 1010 15th Street, Denver, CO 80202.
You show the unit and if your client is interested in refer them to our website for application or to the listing broker listed in the MLS.
Application fee is $45 per applicant; $145 for a corporate version (the corporate version is not available online, must contact office).
We take it from there: complete applicant review, present to landlord, produce lease and disclosures for signature, work with tenant for move-in.
We pay co-op compensation of 2.00% of total lease to your brokerage.
Co-op is capped at 12-month term.
Agent must show property to receive co-op compensation.
Co-op is paid upon receipt of our lease fee from landlord, usually within 30 days from start of lease term.
