Megan took on the responsibility to rent my loft which is in a great location but for some reason had difficulties to rent (or at least to rent to decent people). 

Megan and her office staff including Mark the broker had an exceptional response time (within 1-2 hours) and also were very  professional. I highly appreciated Megan’s kind and genuine personality and also her honesty. After excellent advertisement by Megan’s team I had several applicants who were interested but after background checks seemed to be questionable. At no point I felt pressured to accept an application and was encouraged to to find the RIGHT tenants instead of just any tenant.
