About David Bergonz
Meet David Bergonz, a seasoned real estate agent with over two decades of experience in the industry. Born and raised in Colorado, David got his start in real estate as a receptionist back in 1999. With his strong business background from the University of Colorado Denver, David quickly moved up the ranks and was promoted to coordinator.
In 2010, David took the plunge and became a full-time agent, and he hasn’t looked back since. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of clients find their dream homes and investment properties, earning a reputation as a trusted and reliable agent in the Denver-Metro area.
But David’s reach doesn’t stop there. In 2017, he activated a real estate license in Las Vegas, where he has also helped dozens of happy clients buy and sell properties. No matter where his clients are located, David’s dedication to providing top-notch service remains the same.
When he’s not working hard for his clients, David enjoys spending time outdoors. He is an avid snowboarder and golfer, and he also loves attending NASCAR races, where a family member is a driver. David is also a loyal local sports fan and can often be found cheering on the Denver Broncos and the Colorado Rockies.
