Brooks Tower is located on the site of the Mining Exchange in Downtown Denver at 1020 15th Street. Completed in 1967, it opened as the tallest building in Denver and was the original downtown luxury high-rise apartment building. Brooks converted to condos in 1996 and a second phase of lofts came to market in 1998.

With 566 residences in the building, there is a diversity of people from all walks of life and different places. The large population in the building supports a full amenities package including a large residents room, fitness center, game room, conference room…even an outdoor pool on the 3rd floor roof.

If it seems like something is always going on at Brooks, it is because there always is something going on. This is big city living in the best location in Denver.

There are 4 unique penthouse home on the 42nd floor, one with an added 2nd story. The 1020lofts on the 2nd floor feature 12 foot ceilings, exposed concrete and ductwork, and secured entry; true loft living with high-rise amenities.
