Founding Trenka & Associates in 1995 on a broad foundation of land use planning and commercial real estate, Bob Trenka established a reputation for personalized real estate consulting. Acting as principal, Mark Trenka has continued his father’s innovative vision. Using his 22 years experience in sales, marketing and finance, Mark has implemented a strategic plan with a comprehensive approach.

When Mark Trenka assumed leadership of Trenka & Associates in 2004, he assembled a competitive team of aggressive brokers who would take the firm to new levels in performance and service. Revenue targets have been hit each year including a doubling of revenues in 2005, and nearly 25% growth in 2006 and 2007.

As Downtown Denver’s real estate information center, Trenka & Associates communicates that information to our buyers, sellers, and corporate real estate clients with professional dedication and skilled expertise. We coordinate with other service providers to gather essential market information. When you ask the questions, we have the answers.

Trenka & Associates’ program has expanded to leasing other condominium and loft projects in Downtown Denver. For ease and convenience, we’ve added a mortgage entity – Denver Mortgage Company – to secure competitive financing. As a full-service agency, Trenka & Associates has completed projects throughout the Denver Metro Area. Our agents have found homes for clients in Littleton, Arvada, Aurora and Highlands Ranch.
